Removal trace CrO42- using funcationalization nano magnetic active Rice bran by Chitosan and determination using UV- Vis spectrometry

Abstract

In this method, nano magnetic active Rice bran was synthesized. In which 0.1g nano magnetic active Rice bran dissolved in 100mL of deionized water and For 2 hours under conditions of ultrasonic power of 140 watts and then adding hydroquinone, 0.1g of the solution at a temperature of 100 ° C to reflux for 24 hours. nano Active Rice bran obtained after centrifuge at 60 ° C in a vacuum oven to dry. In this research to amounting of the trace little amount of CrO42-in aqueos Samples by nano Active Rice bran which is modified by Chitosan, the method of solid phase extraction graphite was used. Amounting of the ions density in solution was performed by the method of UV- Vis spectrometry. The effective parameters on extraction such as: effect of pH=7, the amount eluent 10 ml ,eluent solvent HNO3 0.10 M and time of extraction 10 min optimized respectively.
