Abstract

The formation of the complex between Pd + 2 ions and doxycycline in DMF was studied using ultraviolet spectroscopy at temperatures [15, 25, 35 and 45 ± 0.1] ° C. The process of forming the complex was optimized in terms of pH, temperature and time. The ratio of stoichiometry (metal ion / ligand ion) was obtained 1: 1. The formation of the complex and the thermodynamic parameters have been obtained by information on the molar ratio method using the KINFIT program. Also the formation of a complex was used to determine the amount of drug and to determine the optical parameters.
